- Bring two sets of your prescription medications with you and keep them in separate areas in case you lose one.
- Narcotic of choice for debilitating pain (bring Rx if bringing Percocet).
- NSAID of choice for mild pain.
- Azithromycin for infections above the waist (respiratory)
- Ciprofloxacin for infections below the waist (GI, urinary tract).
- Ambien if taking "red-eye" flight from West Coast.
- Chloroquine or Malarone antimalarials.
- Immodium for diarrhea.
- Pepto Bismol chewable tablets for an upset stomach.
- Dramamine for nausea or vomiting.
- Hydrocortisone cream or Benadryl for rash or insect bites
