Haitian artist Hugues Larose is an earthquake survivor who was cared for on the hospital ship USNS Comfort and has changed the focus of his art to depict the struggles of Haitians in the earthquake aftermath. Thanks to former volunteer Kaye Whitney for bringing this to our attention.
