In order to tend to the longer-term needs of Haitians wounded and displaced by the January 12 earthquake, Medecins Sans Frontieres has set up centers for specialized services such as physical therapy, psychological care, and plastic surgery.
One member of our team was able to tour the MSF camp just down the road from HAH. It happened to be their specialized camp for orthopaedic surgery and was an impressive facility.
