I would recommend bringing the following information with you when you visit Hopital Adventiste d'Haiti:
- Original passport
- Original driver's lisence
- Copies of passport and driver's lisence stored separately from originals
- Copy of your travel itinerary
- Documentation of training (medical/nursing degrees, specialty certification)
- Copy of your medical/nursing lisence
- Chronicle of your personal medical history
- Copy of personal information (medical info, contact info) to be given to fellow team member
